The reason that many people fail at their first company is because it's not something they are passionate about. How much you will earn for sponsoring other people into your company? Next, you'll want to find out the different ways you can build your downline. That way you can maximize the compensation plan to your benefit.

Good training is imperative. You will want to find out what training systems they have in place. Do they offer CD's, DVD's, Online video sharing, etc. Knowing that a network marketing company is largely dependent on the success of their distributors, a solid company will offer solid training materials. It is worth its weight in gold!

Good leadership is as equally important as good training. Network marketing has long been known as an industry where you work for yourself but not by yourself.
