We should appreciate the advantages of East Asian culture, learn their languages and contact with them. These virtues have appeared at the best universities of America.
It is not just doing that in form. The leaders of governments and enterprises should regard bilingual teaching as long term policy. Chinese language is a window through with we can understand Chinese culture asset and cooperation skills, and it is not just a tool to expand our market share.
